How to make Elisa stand out in overcrowded telecom sector

One of Estonia’s biggest telecom companies Elisa runs many different campaigns for different models in the overcrowded telecom sector. The main challenge is to stand out and to get the right message to the right consumer.

We collected information on Elisa website visitors and divided them into groups by their brand preference and price category. Then, in the next campaign, we showed relevant banners to each target group using Data Management Platform (DMP).

DMP banners showed 24% lower bounce rate; 3 times more pages per session; almost 6 times longer average session duration and 43 times higher e-commerce conversion rate compared to regular banners.
